Blake uses the themes to highlight his gestureing and savvy of them. The use of rhyming couplets in both poems creates simplicity of the poems, voiced r eading, and remembering. Blake uses ballad form to construct the poems bid songs. He similarly uses scriptural images and language to show his perspectives and beliefs. They offer an excellent variant of how Blake himself stands distant of his viewpoints of innocence and experience that he believes in.
